These Terms govern access to Kelnok's cloud platform and related professional services. By creating an account or executing an order form, you agree to this framework alongside any supplementary agreements signed offline.

Replace this document with counsel-approved language covering eligibility, acceptable use, intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnities, governing law, and dispute resolution.

Enterprise customers may negotiate amendments captured solely within executed order forms or business associate agreements appended hereto.
